Printing and shipping is completed in the UK. We aim to print and ship within 3 working days of purchase.

FREE UK SHIPPING : Royal Mail 2nd class 

International orders : Standard 6-10 days after posted. If you haven't received your order after 10 days please give it a few extra days before contacting us  at ytgapparel@gmail.com

PLEASE NOTE* Any orders placed from Friday through to Sunday will be shipped the following week - "girls gotta pay the bills somehow, so currently working 12 hour weekend shifts!"

 

Do you ship worldwide?

YES! And its FREE SHIPPING for orders over £40. We offer FREE UK SHIPPING on all orders

 

Are returns accepted?

YES! However, we do not cover shipping costs for returning items. Please email ytgapparel@gmail.com

  

What size should I buy?

Please see our size guides located in the drop down menu - for a baggier/ "steezy" look we would recommend going up a size!

 

Do you provide tracking?

YES! We offer an international tracked shipping option

  

Who pays for duties and customs fees?

Please note: It is unusual for charges to incur, but it will be the customers responsibility to pay for any duties and customs taxes. Please use the tracking number provided!

 

Can I cancel my order?

Please email ytgapparel@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel, as we start embroidering and printing the items as soon as we can! If an order has already been shipped feel free to return this item for a full refund - we don't however cover the shipping costs to return items

  

Is your brand for girls only?

HELL NO! Our clothing sizes are unisex so please order accordingly! YEAH THE BOYS

 

Where do you source your items from?

We try to be as sustainable as possible using as many local and eco friendly products as possible. Our apparel is ordered, printed and shipped through a company here in the UK . We order all our items in bulk to keep our carbon footprint as minimal as we can!

  

Delivery times

Printing and shipping is completed in the UK so please consider this when ordering. We aim to print and ship within 3 working days of purchase.

  • The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:

  • Issues with print/embroidery files

  • Products being out of stock

  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions
