Shipping and Returns
Printing and shipping is completed in the UK. We aim to print and ship within 3 working days of purchase.
FREE UK SHIPPING : Royal Mail 2nd class
International orders : Standard 6-10 days after posted. If you haven't received your order after 10 days please give it a few extra days before contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
PLEASE NOTE* Any orders placed from Friday through to Sunday will be shipped the following week - "girls gotta pay the bills somehow, so currently working 12 hour weekend shifts!"
Returns Accepted however, we do not cover shipping costs for returning items. Please email email@example.com
Please note: although unlikely, it is the customers responsibility to pay for any duties and customs taxes. Please use the tracking number provided!
Cancelling an order: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel, as we start embroidering and printing the items as soon as we can! If an order has already been shipped feel free to return this item for a full refund - however we do not cover the shipping costs to return items
The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:
Issues with print/embroidery files
Products being out of stock
Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions
That being said, we’ll work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. Get in touch with us email@example.com, we’ll check your order status and let you know how to proceed.
